• Arriving in Amsterdam from Brussels at noon, we had originally intended to stop in at Schipol Airport and check in our bags, leaving a few hours to hang around in Amsterdam. Unfortunately, there was work being done on the tracks and we had to go to Amsterdam first, then Schipol Airport.
• We checked in our backpacks, then tried to use a storage locker for our carry on luggage. Well, there was some confusion on how the lockers worked, and it was such that we didn't have enough time, so we just hung around the airport for a few hours, waiting for our flight.
